I had very white and bright forearms. In this summer, I used to wear sleeveless Tshirts. Now, I have very dark forearms. I have been using lemon as a local bleach as well as other cosmetic lighening creams, but without any result. Do you know any effective treatment. Also, will my skin go back to the exact original color after being heavely colored. If this is possible, how much time would it take for the skin to go back to its original color if it is left without any kind of treatment. Please, help!
