Summer beauty tips

summer beauty tipsSummer is the time when your beauty shines like the sun, but you must be aware that sun can also cause a lot of harm if you don’t pay enough attention .Want to know how to be beautiful in spite of all summer beauty issues? We are going to point out the most common problems women face in summertime and show you how to deal with them.

  • If you have dry hair, keep in mind that it tends to frizz fast when exposed to high humidity. So don’t ever forget to apply hair conditioner to keep your curly hair tamed and in control. Plus, there are summer hair conditioners that offer also UV protection.
  • Talking about hair, you should also know that warm blond and medium brown hair often get lighter and acquire coppery shades. You can blame oxidation for that. Hair color gloss is here to help you and bring back the lost hair shine.
  • Refresh your look and give your face a shimmery summer glow by applying bronzed powder (or similar product) across your cheekbones, under your eyebrows, on your chin, and in the inner corner of your eyes.
  • Sunglasses are a must for the bright summer days, but as you might know, they usually leave the skin underneath paler. To avoid this white imprint, use a SPF 30 lotion/sunscreen on your entire face every 2 hours.
  • Use warm and sunny blush to underline your perfect tan.

  • When it comes to lips, keep in mind that lipstick becomes very liquid when exposed to heat. So when venturing outdoors, especially when going on the beach, use solid lipstick in natural, neutral shades. However, if you’re addicted to your liquid lipstick, put it in your soda cooler.
  • Say no to lip liner, it doesn’t match the natural look that is trendy in the hot summer days.
  • The right way to go in face make-up is a hydrating non-grease face cream plus a light veil of powder matching your skin tone.
  • To avoid shaving rashes use triple-blade razor and shaving gel/cream. If, however, rashes occur, use 1% hydrocortisone cream to cure them.

  • Blisters are a huge issue in summer. To avoid them use foot powder.
  • If your nails turn yellow, you can regain their natural shade by scraping your nails’ surface with a fine-grain nail file. To keep and protect your nails apply a topcoat of clean UV-resistant nail polish. To enhance the whitening effect, use nail whitener.
  • And talking about nail polish, have in mind that sheer pastel, beige and pink shades tend to turn a bit yellow when exposed to sunlight. To keep your manicure’s color, don’t forget to once again apply a clean UV-resistant topcoat and rub sunscreen on nails when rubbing the rest of your body.
