I started doing this about 3 weeks ago and noticed my blackheads from 2 previous pimples started to disappear within a week. I had been trying to get rid of them for about a month, they were fading but no fast enough until I started steaming my face. Also I've only had one pimple since, and as soon as I felt it coming, I steamed and it was gone the next morning. I actually clean my face with Olay daily facials first, then steam for 15 mins, afterwards I gently pat dry with a paper towel and apply a little bit of warm water to my face, then I use either a scrub "black head and break out cleansing scrub", then a toner to close the pores back up. Also I feel so good afterwards and my face feels refreshed. I've been doing this twice a week, Sunday's and Weds. This works wonderfully!!!!
