"Let your face dry, otherwise the moisturizer will just slide right off your face." "To help trap the water in the surface cells apply the moisturizer to a wet face." So which is it? Dry skin or damp skin? Personally I find I get a more dewy supple look if I apply the moisturizer over damp skin. And no, the moisturizer doesn't slide off like stated above.
