Dull complexion
– if your skin looks dull this may suggest: anemia, stress, decline in energy, too much smoking. If your complexion is dull you should drink fresh carrot juice everyday and at least 1.5 liter mineral water. Regular exfoliation is essential to brighten a dull complexion.

Yellowish complexion – yellowish complexion may suggest: liver problems, heart problems, high blood pressure, improper diet, dehydration, spleen deficiency, jaundice . Drink 3/ 4 glasses of fresh lemon juice, carrot juice, 2 liter mineral water to keep your body hydrated. Do facial masks with honey twice a week to nourish your skin.

Reddish complexion – a reddish face may suggest: poor blood circulation, vitamin and mineral deficiency, heart problems, high temperature, full blood vessels, Rosacea, contact dermatitis. Eat as many fresh vegetables and fruits as possible.

Dark circles around the eyes – dark circles around the eyes may be a symptom of insufficient sleep, anemia, vitamin deficiency, kidney problems, nasal congestion, fluid retention, chronic sinusitis, dehydration.
