- You can mix the makeup textures – yes, by applying cream eye color and powder shadow you can achieve a more intense and longer-lasting color.Using eye pencil layered with a powder will soften the pencil and will create a texture in-between that of a cream and a powder.You can use a touch of water with eye shadow it will become a fantastic and intense liquid liner that will stay longer and will look more natural.
- Use a reflective pale-yellow powder – it is made from rice starch and is suitable for even the most sensitive skin. The powder will last all day long and reflect light, it also masks any imperfections, even the dark circles under the eyes.
- Darken skin tones should avoid shimmer products – the shimmer products can make your face look chalky and grey. A natural peach of glow is appropriate and works best for all skin tones. You can mix the moisturizer with your foundation for sheer coverage.
- To create depth of color - choose a darker shade to create a solid shimmer base, then embellish with a highlighting glitter. Always apply the sparkly eye shadows using a brush.
- To avoid creasing – dab the eye area with an iridescent powder in the same shade as the eye shadows. You should use a powder shadow rather than a cream shadow.

- For longer-lasting eye color – apply foundation and then a concealer to the lid, then swept a wash of color over the top, dotting it on the inner corner to open up the eye.
- If your lips are thin – commit drawing just outside the natural line of your lips with a lip pencil close to your lip color and fill in with lipstick or lip-gloss. Using only a lip gloss will also give the illusion of fuller lips.
- If your lips are too full – blot the entire lip out using a concealer and redraw just within the line with a darker tone of lipstick or lip-gloss.
