I am reporting the terrible haircut I got last week. This is an individual who has previously cut my hair and did a fairly good job. This time she cut it about 5 inches shorter then we discussed. I got an appology but that hardly seemed like enough. Basically she blew off my frustration and went on with her shift. I was very upset and doubtful I will ever go again even to purchase my favorite shampoos. I was very disappointed since it took me several months to save for a cut and color.
